Accessible Education’s school clubs organize monthly fundraisers such as pizza sales, Valentine’s Day roses and chocolate sales. Each school has a designated school head who recruits volunteers and plans fundraisers in and out of school. School clubs promote student leadership within a small community and increase awareness of the need for open and accessible education around the world.
As of now, AEA is cooperating with different schools across British Columbia and Ontario and the school heads have been working both inside and outside of the schools to make a change. In the past, they have ran fundraisers to support Gongali Village School in Tanzania and Baljeet Nagar School in India, as well as schools in the Philippines. Both of these projects have been extremely successful due to the effort and hard-works the school clubs have put forward.
